BARÇA ACADEMY COACH

The Barça Academy Coach is responsible for leading, supervising, and coaching young players in Barça Academy Camps.

They will be accountable for delivering structured football sessions based on the Barça methodology, ensuring a high standard of training.

Additionally, the Barça Academy Coach must create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for all participants.

BARÇA ACADEMY ASSISTANT COACH

The Barça Academy Assistant Coach supports the head coaches in delivering high-quality football sessions based on the Barça methodology.

They help guide and motivate young players, ensuring their development in a positive and safe environment.

The assistant coach also contributes to the logistical aspects of training, such as equipment setup

BARÇA ACADEMY HEALTHCARE TEAM

The healthcare team at Barça Academy Camps, which can include a physio, nurse, or doctor, will be responsible for providing medical care to players throughout the camp.

They will work closely with the coaching staff to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants, addressing any injuries or health concerns promptly and professionally.

BARÇA ACADEMY SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

The Social Media Manager is responsible for the creation and maintenance of all digital media content for Barça Academy’s camps.

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic digital media campaigns, as well as creating engaging content to serve our target audience.

BARÇA ACADEMY HOST FAMILY

Experience a unique cultural exchange by hosting members of the Barça Academy staff during the camp weeks! By welcoming our coaches and other staff members into your home, you’ll have the chance to share your lifestyle and learn from theirs, creating lasting memories and friendships.
