Our Commitment
BAA takes a zero-tolerance stance on child abuse, neglect and bullying of children and young people. The safeguarding of children and young people is the shared and individual responsibility of everyone within BAA.
BAA is committed to ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people who access our programs. Our policies and procedures seek to address risks to safety and to establish a safeguarding culture and practices. Our safeguarding children and young people policies and procedures are:
- accessible in forms that are easy to understand.
- communicated to children and young people and their families, our team
- inclusive and recognise the broad diversity of children and young people
- regularly reviewed, ensuring we gain endorsement, and that we
communicate with team members as policies and procedures are updated.
